Our staff are a close-knit team of Early Years practitioners.

As well as the formal qualifications and experience listed, the majority of staff are parents themselves. We maintain the ratio of adults to children in our setting demanded by the EYFS Welfare Requirements. We also have volunteer helpers and trainee practitioners, wherever possible, to enhance these ratios.

All Little Steps Preschool staff and volunteers are fully

DBS-checked and undergo regular mandatory training in safeguarding, food hygiene, and paediatric first aid. As well as gaining qualifications in Early Years care and education, staff take part in ongoing training to help them stay up to date with best practice.

We are also OFSTED registered.
